General Terms & Conditions

1. A summary of our current Website Hosting Plan and Special Offer/s appear in a table on this webpage (or document).
   
2. Monthly and annual price points are indicated.
   
3. This Plan provides you with hosting for your website plus up to 30 FREE editing minutes each month.
   
4. Edit Your Webs may charge (after the monthly editing minutes have been used) for editing and resolving issues on your website.
5. Completing our My Dream Website Form is your first step to engage us to design and create your website.
   
6. After consultation with you, we will develop a website proposal outlining the scope of your website project for our mutual agreement.
   
7. You will provide the agreed page content via our Content Brief form.
   
8. Your design fee will be payable in two instalments: 50% when our proposal is signed and 50% when your website is published or, within 30days from signing, whichever date is earliest. 
   
9. With your approval your website will be published by us at which point your first monthly (or annual) Website Plan Fee will fall due.
   
10. Your establishment and monthly payments are paid through PayPal using your PayPal account or Credit Card or via internet banking.
    
11. When we publish your website you will choose what level of user control you or others will have over your website. From the outset you will have ready access to statistical and form data.
    
12. As your Designer Platform managers, Edit Your Webs are always available for consultation. Fees may apply for our services.

Your Responsibilities

You will be responsible for separately arranging:

• Your domain name registration and ongoing renewals.
  
• Email on your domain if required.
  
• A payment processor if you want to sell products or services off your website.
  

We are available to make recommendations and to assist you to complete any of these tasks. A fee may be involved. Of course, we can link each of  these resources to your website when we establish it.

Special Offer Terms & Conditions

1. Value Websites will build you a website of up to 10 pages based on one of over 100 available templates.
2. Modifications to the chosen website template's graphical design of up to two hours of our time will be allowed for in the Special Offer price. 
3. You will choose up to ten web page names after consultation with us.
4. You will provide the agreed page content via our Content Brief form.
5. Our content copy writing and copy editing will be limited to two hours.
6. We will provide basic search engine optimisation for your website.
7. You will provide all imagery.
8. If you ask us to provide imagery, additional charges may be made.
9. We agree to provide reasonable revisions to your up to ten page website for 30 days from the day it is established as a designer platform site.
10. You are responsible for the payment of all domain name registration fees. These are additional to the special offer fee.
11.  If we supply domain name registration and/or email on your domain additional costs apply. We can supply NZ domains plus basic email on your domain for $115.00 annually. 
    Supply of international domain names and email will be quoted for separately.
12. Your special offer fee of NZ$999 will be payable upfront.
13. When we publish your website you will choose what level of user control you, or others, will have over your website. From the outset you will have access to statistical, blog comments and form data.
14. On the day your website is published on its domain, your initial monthly or annual Website Plan fee is due.
15. If we are asked to create additional pages on your Plan, we will negotiate a separate agreement with you. You may choose to create extra pages yourself using the built-in CMS at no cost.
16. As Edit Your Webs Designer Platform managers, Value Websites are always available for consultation. Fees apply for our services.
17. This agreement may be altered at any time.
